多个修正

对wordpress进行了多个修正：

  1. 加入了直接撰写新文章的链接，没有管理员权限的同志们就不要试了。
  2. 将所有分类名称英文化，因为发现Wordpress基本上不支持中文分类 。
  3. 修改了sidebar里面的一些东西。
  4. 发现Wordpress用户中用这个iTheme主题的真是多如牛毛，考虑着要不要换主题。
